Stream Analytics Tools extension fails to load ASA services in Azure US Government Cloud

I have the Azure Stream Analytics Tools extension installed and I am trying to work in my Azure Government subscription, but when I go to the Azure view in VS Code and try to load my existing ASA services, I see my subscription but I get an error that says "Error: The subscription 'susbcription-id' could not be found". Similar behavior happens with Logic Apps Tools extension.
