No subscriptions listed when i have a single subscription. #1

Logged in with my chris@diasfam.com account which has a single subscription. However, when I run the "Azure: Subscriptions" command, none are found:

subscriptions array has a length of 0.

If I login using my @microsoft.com id, where I have access to multiple subscriptions, I do see a list.

Is chris@diasfam.com in multiple directories?

This should work in the latest with support for multiple tenants.
