Build Version: 20240528.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create a function project.
F1 -> Azure Functions: Deploy to Function App... -> Select "+ Create new function app" to create a new function app to deploy.
There is a "Click to view resource" link for deploy activity log.
Deploy the project to an existing function app.
Check whether there is a "Click to view resource" link for deploy activity log.

Actual:
There is no "Click to view resource" link for deploy activity log.

Suggestion:
It would be better to add a "Click to view resource" link for deploy activity log after deploying to an existing Function App.
