The .NET Docker team will start publishing all images at all versions under mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspnet etc., without the core/ bit. This matches what is currently done for 5.0 but now extends to all versions. We'll update our scaffolding code to use the new base image names.

This change has now been released in 1.8.0.
