  2. Launch the application Url : https://code.visualstudio.com
  3. Tab till link "and many more" under "VS Code for" heading.
  4. Open developer tool by pressing "Ctrl+Shift+I".
  5. Inspect for "and many more" link
  6. Observe that programmatic name of "and many more" link is different, it is "Programming language extensions in the Marketplace".

Actual:

The visual name and programmatic name of the "and many more" link is different .Screen reader announces the link as "Programming language extensions in the Marketplace" when tab focus is on "and many more" link.

@Yashi1201 Yashi1201 changed the title A11y_Home_DeveloperTool: The visual name and programmatic name of the "and many more" link is different and screen reader is also reading the link as "Programming language extensions in the Marketplace" when tab focus is on "and many more" link. Won't fix. The text is conversational for people reviewing the list of programming languages supported. For people about to use the link, they need to know that they will be taken to the VS Code Marketplace.

@gregvanl Here, the visual name for the link is given as "and many more.." but the programmatic name for it is given as "Programming language extensions in the Marketplace" so if the visual name and programmatic name is not same then it will impact Speech to text users as they will not be able to navigate to control.
Speech to text users will navigate to the control by speaking but here if the programmatic name of this link is different so they will not able to visit this link. So, the visual and programmatic name of the link should be same.

So, could you please reopen this bug and fix the issue. Thanks
