[SUGGESTION] Prevent VSCode suggestion for this extension

This extension gets recommended by VSCode a lot for .cshtml for any .cs file, etc. instead of just installing the basic C# extension.

What the recommendation makes no mention of is that the C# DevKit is not licensed openly and you aren't actually allowed to use it if you're in a company setting and don't have a visual studio license.

This basically means that VSCode is pushing an extension on people to install with a simple click without warning them about the license compliance issues that come with it.

Please consider either openly licensing this devkit for basic functionality and gate advanced functionality behind the sign-in it has or remove the recommendation function alltogether.
