Some users may expect that the output should be seen in the integrated terminal (#344 (comment)), while it's actually in the debug console (which is forced by this extension). So we should consider to follow the same behavior as the Java Debugger.

Since there are some issues to execute tests in terminal, (escape some characters for different terminals) we finally decide to keep execution in debug console but automatically switch to the debug console panel the the start of the session.
