NVDA/JAWS is not announcing the state as 'Passed' or 'Failed' under query history section.

Repro Steps:
Open Visual studio code
Click on extension button and search for "mssql"
Click on install and move to the SQL Server button.
Click on Add Connection Button and insert the valid credentials
Right click on the server/database node you want to run the new query on.
Click on “New Query” write any valid query and click on "Execute query button".
In the left panel Query History window will appears
Verify whether Screen reader is announcing the state as passed/failed or not.
User Impact:
Screenreader user will not be able to get the information about the state if screen reader does not announce it
