Downloading does not work from tensorboard when launched as a vscode plugin #23

Jupyter server running: Local | Remote | N/A

Expected behaviour

Clicking on file download button downloads a file

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens. Download works perfectly when I start tensorboard from the anaconda environment and use it in a browser.
