NOTE: Desktop tests MUST run with --stable-build argument additionally

Ran smoke tests on Mac using Stable (1.48.2 - a047975), and Insiders (1.49.0-insider - b6d4fec).
Only failed test is being tracked with #105330

Also ran Web smoke test on Windows using Insiders (1.49.0-insider - b6d4fec).
The two failures are already being tracked: #105330 ,and #103949
