I would like to be able to use Apple Pencil's scribble function to type into VSCode while using it in Sidecar. Currently, it only works as a mouse.
I tried it in http://codesandbox.io and it worked more as expected but there was a very annoying effect when writing sometimes it thinks it should scroll.

I think it should be configurable whether the Apple Pencil is in Scribble mode or in Scroll + Select mode.
So in Scribble mode we should treat the whole text editor as a big text field, and allow to write everywhere inside text editor without scrolling, also all scribble gestures should be supported.
In the Scroll + Select (the default mode) - the scribble itself should be disabled completely because it is there easy to accidentally remove text in attempt to just scroll because near the cursor scribble still activates.
