Can be related to #53904

This was not happening a while ago (no configurations were changed), but I can't really say what was the update that caused this.
But everytime I get to open VScode, all workspace folders (and also the first subfolder if there's just one subfolder inside the folder) are expanded by default in the explorer.

It is really annoying to close all folders every time I open VScode :/
