Visual Code Insiders HTML editing

Issue Type: Bug

Edit HTML (currently using angular 12). Add a blank line and paste an attribute.
Takes about 10 seconds for each action, adding new line, pasting attribute.

All extensions are disabled. No errors in the console. Removing and re-installing does not help. Editing a angular component, is not an issue

Switch over to Visual Code, copy all extensions from Visual Code Insiders, no issues. This issue just started happening.

I can't reproduce with Version: 1.62.0-insider Commit: 45fdad3

• Any settings that are set?
• Does it happen for all HTML files? Other files like css also affected?
• Is the UI blocked? Can you open the dev tools and make a profile?
