Testing #145588

  1. Settings UI. Search for @lang:markdown
  2. The results should be sorted such that the settings that are actually changed for markdown are shown on top

Settings are sorted by ToC order now when the ToC is shown.
Settings are not sorted by ToC order when the ToC is not shown, so this feature request is still valid for this scenario.
