the visual studio code is more and more popular. but for different project, the plugins is different .
such as vue3 and vue2 and react , it needs different plugins.
such typescript project and rust project need diffrent plugins.

if i can define in .vscode that which plugins start in one project and not in the other project , it will be fun.
