While discussing Continue Working On > Clone Locally and Open on Desktop at standup today, @TylerLeonhardt mentioned that (particularly when using the simple file picker) the flow to clone a repository lacks context on which repository is being cloned. This change adds that context in the
titlefield, which is displayed in both the simple file picker and the system file picker.
