Extension version: v0.49.2022081109
VSCode Version: 1.71.0-insiders
OS: Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

scroll vertically so that a PR comment is in same area as the editor's horizontal scrollbar
try to scroll horizontally using the scrollbar
focuses on the comment, instead of the scrollbar. 🐛

Looks like this also happens with the diff zone widget too.
