Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.70.2 (user setup)
  • OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.19044

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run commands on the terminal until the top of the terminal is full
  2. Run another command. The top line will be deleted
  3. Scroll up to see that the previous line is deleted
