test for #15724 and #10583

Complexity: 3

We have made some smallish API enhancements please test that

  • you can provide a regex when calling getWordRangeAtPosition
  • you can get more information about configuration values
  • for both make sure that things are properly documented
  • for both make sure corner cases work well
