Read a status when the editor text area receives focus which annouces the actions you can perform as mentioned in the content widget text along with their keybindings. This status is debounced by 500ms since the user may change editor focus quickly when switching tabs.
Also add the keybinding label to the rendered content widget for the inline chat variant of the untitled editor hint since we expect this to be an action that is repeatedly performed, not just used once per untitled editor.
