Improve rendering of inline chat

This issue about improving the rendering of non edit outputs and follow up actions. We should try to align more with panel chat but keep (or improve on) the lightness of inline chat. Things that we should do/explore

• render other files that are pulled in as context
• improve the looks of follow up actions
• make the initial inline chat widget more lightweight
• make the inline chat widget scrollable (today there is a single expand/collapse action)
• re-use (and adjust) more rendering of panel chat
• explore alternative places for the feedback buttons
