This PR introduces the
singleViewPaneContainerTitleproperty to theIViewPaneOptionsandIViewDescriptorinterfaces. This allows for a custom title to be set for a container pane when it is merged with the view container.fixes https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-copilot/issues/4493
