Today, April 18, 2024, I have vscode stuck at the version 1.86 that I installed in January, and the MS Store does not find updates. Should I uninstall the version installed from the MS Store?

VS Code version: Code 1.86.0 (0504748, 2024-01-31T10:28:19.990Z)

Thanks for creating this issue! It looks like you may be using an old version of VS Code, the latest stable release is 1.88.1. Please try upgrading to the latest version and checking whether this issue remains.
