Different tabs keep on opening for a single change

Whenever i click the option of go live in my html page, different tabs open up for a single change.Can't it make changes in a single tab instead of opening different tabs?

VS Code version: Code 1.88.1 (e170252, 2024-04-10T17:41:02.734Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.22631
