Text selection issues in Debug Console when the screen is turned over

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes/No

• I didn't turn it off because I needed the Java extension to output a lot of content to the debug console.

• VS Code Version: 1.89.0
• OS Version: Windows 11, Ubuntu 22.04

Steps to Reproduce:

I’m trying to copy the text output in the Debug Console using the mouse, but when the screen passes the Debug Console display area, the selected items are removed.

I think it was a bot commenting because I wrote vscode version 1.8.9 incorrectly in the issue description 😂.

I have confirmed that the issue is reproduced in the vscode 1.89.0 version.
