Add new member command to ProgressOptions that is the id of a command that is executed when the user clicks on the progress item.
Reason we are asking for this is we want to replace the Building... progress item with one that indicates the progress of the build. eg Building [45/120]. But if we add our own progress item we lose the ability to show the build task when we click on it.
