  • Extensions: the listing length exceeds browsers' URL characters limit

@nicklv do you have the https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=Zignd.html-css-class-completion extension installed? If yes then this looks like a duplicate of #35996. Can you confirm?
