  • VSCode Version: 1.18.1
  • OS Version: Both Mac and Windows

Steps to Reproduce:

1.add user snippets for any language
2.F1->insert snippets->user snippets aren't shown, only some pre-set one are show
1
3.insert snippets again-> user snippets are now shown.

Reproduces without extensions: Yes
