Testing #21114

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open user settings
  2. Type out the key "[mark]" and trigger suggestions inside the key

Bug
Two suggestions are shown:

The first completes to the key "[markdown]". The second one is the markdown extension's contributed language specific settings. However this was not clear to me at first
