Name of Global snippets do not appear in the suggestion list

The first one is from the global snippet. The name of the snippet doesnt appear
The second is from a user snippet for typescript. The name of the snippet (Snippet from ts user snippet) does appear
The third is from the typescript extension. The name of the snippet (Log to the console) does appear
