Unable to update in Windows (ERRO Access is denied. (os error 5))

• OS Version: Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit Build 14393

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Update VS Code from update prompt (bottom right)

I think the issue here maybe that the final "Updating VS Code" progress bar isn't prompting me for access via UAC.
