  • VSCode Version: 1.23.1
  • OS Version: MacOS 10.13

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open ASP.NET Website project with .ashx files
  2. Syntax of C# is not highlighted

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

It looks like the file extension needs adding to the html extensions:
https://github.com/Microsoft/vscode/blob/581000a2da93c7827d184b556431f56d2fd4e7e3/extensions/html/package.json
