To me, Editor under text editor and and it being a sibling of other entries like Cursor etc (which are editor features) looks weird to me.

What is explanation behind Editor group under Text editor group?

That should be "Text Editor" (same reason as Workbench > Workbench, I need somewhere to put the settings that don't fall into other subcategories)

We can use #53132 to continue discussing the fact that there are subcategories with the same names as their parents at all...
