Key Bindings for CamelCase select and split view layout

Issue Type: Bug

Update to 1.25.
Put the cursor at the beginning of a CamelCase word
Press ctrl+alt+right
Expect to select the first part of the word
The actual result is that the current document is moved to the right half in a separate tab group.
