  1. Enable breadcrumbs, open debugService, navigate to sendExceptionBreakpoints
  2. Click on the breadcrumb, notice how the method is all the way at the end. I would expect it to be in the middle of the tree -> that way I would get a better notion of what is going on around it

Another issue with this is that expanding children does not reveal them. Thus when the item is at the end children are not visible most of the time
