Refs: #5586

  • have files 1, 2, 3, 4
  • all in working files
  • have 4 open
  • click on the close button of 3 in working files
  • open 3 again and make it a working file
  • Ctrl+Shift+T should be a no-op now because no working file was closed

=> still it ends up opening 3 and then 4
