With some storage changes now the zen mode does not properly clear its state on shutdown.
This PR is my atempt of fixing #64198, however it does not solve the issue
What is the actualy difference that we did to the workspace storage and what is the recommend way to solve this?
I basically nead to clear some state before workbench gets shutdown?
