  • VSCode Version: 1.29.1
  • OS Version: 10.13.3 (17D102)

Here, the "Spaces" I refer to are part of macOS's built-in "Mission Control".

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open vscode (only) in one Space
  2. Attempt "File>Open New file" or "File>Open New Window" in a different Space

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
