  • VSCode Version: 1.30.1
  • OS Version: Win 10 1809

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Use a Microsoft Surface Precision Mouse (I used it in bluetooth mode).
  2. Activate Accelerated Vertical Scrolling in the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Cente (it's enabled by default).
  3. Scroll in vscode is not smooth anymore. Other applications like chrome are still smooth however.

I'm having the same issue with the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse, disabling the "Accelerated Vertical Scrolling" option helps, but it makes VS Code not as usable as with this option enabled.
