Issue Type: Bug

I use a local html file that I keep open in my browser (chrome) which lists several links in this format:
python

All my links worked fine until a couple of days (weeks?) ago.

It may follow a vscode update or a Windows Update.

How can I troubleshoot this?

VS Code version: Code 1.32.1 (05f146c, 2019-03-08T00:51:49.278Z)

I just discovered this as well. If I downgrade to v1.31.1 they work as expected, so it's something in 1.32. Just a really quick check, but any chance it's related to this commit: 1b681fd
