debug console prompt can't be focused with mouse

Issue Type: Bug

Be in debug. Focus file. Open debug console (cmd + j).

Focus stays in the file/editor. (it should probably move to prompt)

In addition clicking on the prompt in console doesn't focus it, the focus remains on the text. To focus the prompt you have to click on console output and tab it.
