We should either import from mdn/browser-compat-data: https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/blob/0d976e485534cbc42afd8b7227b2d2ef6122c43a/css/properties/text-underline-position.json

Or scrape from https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/text-underline-position

Seems there is new activity now on https://github.com/mdn/stumptown-content, previously on https://github.com/mdn/short-descriptions
