Global search not triggered by shortcut

• VSCode Version: 1.43.0
• OS Version: macOS 10.15.3

Steps to Reproduce

1. Do a selection in an editor
2. Hit Command - Shift - F

Expected behaviour

The Search side panel opens/updates prefilled with the selection, and a search is triggered

Actual behaviour

The search side panel opens/updates prefilled with the selection, but no search is triggered, no results are displayed, or previous results stay displayed if a search has been performed before.
If you hit enter, the actual search is working fine.

Additional info

Working fine in 1.42.1
Local search is working fine as well
Might be duplicate of #92199 even if not exactly the same.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes
