Copying and pasting cells should preserve cell metadata

Current approach of copying/pasting cells does not preserve cell metadata.
This was done so we can have a unique way to identify a cell and map it back to a cell in underlying notebook file.

I think we need to preserve the cell metadata as this is the behavior in Jupyter Notebooks.
