  • Turn on Sync on two machines (A & B) - Use two different user data dirs on same machine.
  • On Machine A: Disable Syncing Settings - Gear > Settings Sync is On > Settings Sync: Configure > Uncheck Settings
  • On Machine B: Change theme to X
  • On Machine A : Change theme to Y
  • On Machine A: Enable Syncing Settings - Gear > Settings Sync is On > Settings Sync: Configure > Check Settings
  • On Machine A: Make sure you get a conflict prompt
  • On Machine A: Turn off Sync

🐛 Gear shows progress - Settings Sync is turning On and also an entry to resolve conflict.

Expected that sync is turned off and only Turn on Sync action is shown
