While testing #19044:

"active running" sounds redundant (or more complex than necessary):
2017-01-24_18-13-02

Why not one of these?
"There is already a task running."
"There is already a running task."
"There is already a task active."
"There is already an active task."

In addition pls consider to simplify the "Terminate Running Task" message in that warning notification to "Terminate" or "Terminate Task".
