From #410400

Add keyboard shortcut to trigger edit of selected setting

Works like so:

  • Open settings editor
  • Search for something
  • Press enter to select one of the results
  • Press cmd+.
  • Context menu appears on the setting, same as if you had clicked the pencil icon
  • If the setting is overridden on the right side, the context menu appears on the right side
