Differentiate between the older kind of user snippet and the new global user snippet #42531

Testing #42330

This is the global snippet

This is the user snippet (old style)

On the right side both have the (User Snippet) which indicate they are user snippets. This is useful to differentiate them from the snippets coming from extensions.

It would be great if we can go one step further and show (Global User Snippet) for the new global snippets
