Install live share extension from the market place (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MS-vsliveshare.vsliveshare)
Reload the window
Uninstall the extension
Reload the window

Expected: Extension should not be there in installed extensions
Observed: Extension is still shown as installed 🐛
