  • VSCode Version: Code 1.19.3 (7c4205b, 2018-01-25T10:36:34.867Z)
  • OS Version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.16299
  • Extensions: none

The left pane only allows block selection (ALT+Shift+Left click) but no multi-cursor selection (ALT+Left click). What's the rationale behind this?

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go into Git diff view
  2. The left file view doesn't allow multi-cursor selection (ALT+Left click) while the right side does.
